Usaha penyediaan makanan dan minuman di Indonesia pada tahun 2024 berjumlah 5,28 juta usaha, angka tersebut mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 8,71 persen dibandingkan periode 2023. Untuk mengatasi persaingan di industri makanan dan minuman, bisnis restoran memerlukan strategi bisnis yang efektif. Artikel ini memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana penggunaan analisis dan matriks SWOT dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam menentukan arah strategi bisnis dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan internal untuk memaksimalkan peluang eksternal, sekaligus mengatasi kelemahan untuk menghadapi ancaman yang ada. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dan setelahnya, pemecahan masalah dan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif berdasarkan data pendukung. Dengan pendekatan yang menyeluruh dan berkelanjutan, bisnis dapat mencapai pertumbuhan berkelanjutan dan memperkuat posisinya di pasar.
